After update on 4-8-19 v9 my Galaxy s8+ phone stopped playing a ringtone if any other app was open and active on the screen. It rings normally if an app is not open. I have looked for a setting that would have caused this and have not found one. Any ideas on what changed in the update so that I can fix this?
