no service Galaxy note 3

[AC Question]

i have a Samsung galaxy note 3 i used it for about 1year no problem then one day i had no signal ( circle with a bar though it ) ''no service'' i have tryed my sim card in another phone and it works tryed diffrent sim cards running on diffrent operators and they don't work either, when i insert my sim card it asks me for the pin code so it reconises that i have inserted a sim but once the sim pin put in it stills says no service i can't make any calls, no internet, no emergency calls, but wifi works perfectly, i have done a full factory resotre and the poblem isn't solved, someone told me it could be my motherboard that has stopped working, thank's alot if someone could give me some advice i much apreciate it

Change the sim card slot

The SIM slot bcould e damaged. Before ruling that a possibility try a factory reset on the phone. Be sure to backup and sync data on the device before the reset.

Let us know if the problem continues .

i have already done a factory reset it didn't change anything.
