No Service?

On the notification pull down bar it says the phone company in with and /No service. I was wondering if anyone else has this, or if anyone knows why it's there?

How many sim cards installed ? If it's only one , the display says sim 1 only . The display service asf : " sim 1 / sim 2 " service provider name.
