Is the phone set to Do Not Disturb or Vibrate Only?

Also look in sounds menu all your slider volume are up.

It happens to me I think I turn media down when I turn volume down lol I mistaken them because I don't look what it's accutualy adjusting , I always go back to double check all the sound settings once in awhile .
