No Signal at all

I'm in the middle of San Diego and usually have service wherever I go but right now I can't send a text make a call or anything. The phone shows signal strength of -111 dBm 29asu and the phone says roaming indicator flashing. I just went for a drive to pick some stuff up and I couldn't get signal at any point on the drive either. Any suggestions or is this just verizon going out? I flashed a new rom and kernel last night but I had service last night and up until a couple hours ago.

Where are you at in San Diego?

I havent had any issue in any parts of the county (Oceanside, San Diego City, Otay Lakes, etc)

Currently at Coronado and have 2 bars of 4G
