No SIM Card Manager in settings

Hi,

I have just bought a ZFold3 (Brand new). I noticed some AT&T apps during setup. It works with my physical SIM card, and I was able to move everything over from my S21U fine, but I can't seem to update the software to One UI 4. I also can't access the SIM card manager so I can't move my eSIM over. I assume it isn't locked is why I am able to use a physical sim normally, but I do need the eSIM functionality. Is there a way to force it to update? I guess the version of the software for my carrier will have the SIM card manager. Oh and I'm in Nigeria. The stickers on the back and on the box have 2 IMEI numbers just like my S21U, so I believe there is eSIM functionality on the device. Please advise, thank you.

Sounds like you purchased an actual AT&T model that was SIM unlocked. You'll most likely have to flash the device to an unbranded firmware. See one of the pinned posts about using ODIN to flash it.

Thanks. So I just flashed the attached and all the AT&T stuff is gone. I also see two IMEIs when I use *#06#, but I don't see the sim card manager still. Any idea what could be the problem?

Had same problem but somehow fixed yesterday and had my esim activated and working today. My phone is Samsung galaxy Z fold 3 model number SM-F926U. (AT&T carrier).
