No sim card problem

I have a HTC Desire 526 that shows no sim card installed even tho it has one in it.
I have taken the card out and did a factory reset and get the same message.
Can anyone help with this ?

I had tried a couple other sims but they didnt work. Then one worked.Not sure if a piece of dust or what caused it
For some reason i cant sign back in with the other name. when i asked this question i signed in using facebook cause i forgot this user nae and password.
