No sound in audio recording

I have recorded a call. But now I can not hear anything. The audio is playing, but there is no sound. What to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What did you use to record the call? Was it preinstalled, or did you install a call recorder app from the Play Store?

Need more information, have you tried safe mode?
