No sound with videos???

Took a couple of videos. They play fine (including sound) on the phone, but when I export them to my pc they are silent. Any clue as to what I may be doing wrong? Thanks!!

You may need to update your computers media player. The codecs may be out of date.

Running Windows 7 latest media player, so codecs are not the problem...

Is nobody exporting their videos??

Can't believe so few responses to this issue. Is anyone successfully exporting videos from their DI to their pc/mac - i.e. getting both video AND sound???

Wish we could get an answer on this, same thing happening to me yet if you upload to youtube straight from phone the sound is there..

Should have posted it, but I DID solve the problem, DCTRILOGY. I'm guessing that you are, like I am, a pc user. The default program for playing videos is Windows Media Player - which will not play the sound for the videos created by the DI. The videos WILL play fine, (picture and sound), however, when using Quicktime for playback. Try it, and you'll see.
