No sound

New S5 this past Friday. I just tried to make a call and heard nothing from the ear speaker. I can hear the ring in the back speaker and the bluetooth earpiece when selected. If I adjust the volume to the max I hear a tone from what I think is the earpiece. But nothing else.

Have I done something or is the device defective?

Go to recovery and clear cache

Never mind. Found it, cleared cache and sound is back in earpiece! Thanks.
