I have a Samsung galaxy s5 and my in call volume is minimal and the volume is up all the way. I have tried rebooting and there seems to be nothing I can do to get the volume back. It is a little better if I put it on speaker but I am already half deaf and I have gone into the settings and eve though I feel like it has to be a setting that isn't right I don't know what to do. I got insurance to either have it fixed or they will give me another and I have to find our where I have to bring it to get fixed or not but I am using another phone in the meantime but I have to do something cuz I can't hear anything the way it is and its bad enough when the volume is up. Does anyone know what it could be?
