Is T-Mobile always last with preorders? This my first time dealing with them since the merge.

I just ordered the unlocked version from Samasung. Better deal with trade, cash back etc..

I just was in Chat with a Sprint CSR and they indicated pre-orders start 8/7

Probably to get their systems in order since this will be the first pre order they've done with both carriers.
It starts the 7th. 5am pacific/8 am eastern. Not sure why they're delaying a day this year.

T-Mobile's pre-orders usually start at midnight the night of Unpacked like all the others. Not sure why it's different this time around. Probably something to do with the merger. They start tomorrow morning, but it's kinda moot for me seeing how inane JOD down payments are this time around.

It's live today. Looks like the same offer. But different months for financing, Samsung having longer financing. I didn't look at the monthly cost, but with tmobile having less, possible a higher monthly cost to pay off earlier. No Samsung extras on tmobile though, if you qualify.

I am beyond pissed after seeing this

Don't yank something away from us without telling us.
NO WAY am I shelling out $524 just to start a new lease.
That's why I paid my note 10 plus off with them, I bought the unlocked Note 20 Ultra 512 GB from Samsung directly, I'm sending the note 10+ I just paid off to Samsung for $500, I used Samsung financing to guarantee $750 buy back value if you trade it in within 20 months. That's the closest thing I could find to the Galaxy forever program and it actually comes out cheaper with the 10% off they sent, ebates 10% cash back, the $200 gift, etc.

Which model (128/256) did you get and when all the smoke clears what is your current balance (Financing)?
I definitely might go this route.

I don't see why it wouldn't. I know Tmobile sells a sim kit for $10. I'm with Sprint and there is no online way of ordering the right sim, I tried chat but as usual that was a bust. Ended up calling telesales and the rep said they have a sim for the note 20 ultra and they did the order over the phone which was also $10 and I've already got tracking on it. I've also seen people say you could just use the sim from your note 10+ but I didn't want to take the chance. I'd contact your carrier just in case.
