No Streaming Video After Update

So, did the OTA update the day after it came out. Now streaming video cuts out after 2-3 seconds. Anyone else having a problem? Running a stock, unrooted DNA.

What type of streaming? Youtube is working fine for me, and I'm running stock & am not rooted.

Trying to view a webcam. Had no problems with this one before. Now it goes grey after 2 seconds.

A quick update. Went by the local Verizon store where one of the sales people has a DNA also. She had the same problem. Live webcam feeds play only for a second then go blank. Called customer service who said they'd bump it up the chain to HTC.
