No Supplementary Services on Phone

I have a Galaxy A12 and my phone calls are being forwarded. I don’t have the Supplementary option on my phone.

If it's not in phone settings call your carrier to set it up on their end

You can try the short code ###21. You enter it in your phone dialer. It's used to switch off and deactivate call forwarding.
You can also do ##002# and ##004#
