I wish people would stop picking this up, everything has said it's the UK that has had a shipment delay. The amazon reference is to Amazon's UK site.

The reference phandroid links to talks about Asus's Facebook page when they said LAST week that they had a delay, then yesterday they had an update saying that retailers (not including Amazon) would have stock by the end of April in the UK. The FB post even titles it with "UK". The US release date, as far as I've read, is still on for the end of this month. This is just bad reporting on whatever site phandroid linked to.

I typically pride myself as a patient man.......but I must say the rumors of this tablet are trying. Doing the google, I'm seeing some articles now stating July.....rumors of less hardware (ie, no rear camera and no GPS). Sure, I need to take much of what I read with a grain of salt, but geez, I do not remember seeing such vast inconsistencies with a product launch.

I'm hoping ASUS provides some info soon, or I may need to increase my meds intake!

I've been waiting for the Transformer and am confused about the US delivery date. I saw this on Engaget this morning:
ASUS Eee Pad Transformer hits US on April 26th for $399 -- Engadget

I hope this is true, but they don't indicate where it will be sold. Anyone have any knowledge about this?
