No vibrate in gummy jar 2.5

I'm having these same problems. But I'm on liberty 1.0 call vibe works. Haptic feedback works too. Just not for messages,Gmail,and any other notification you can think of. I had vzw send me another X cuz I thought it was a hardware issue. Its the only conclusion I came up with after wiping and SBF'N my X. Still w/o vibe. Sucks...
