No voice or sms

I have data but I can't place or receive a call or text. Verizon says it coud be upto 3 days. I guess I will have to go back to my Dinc for awhile.

I also had the 1400 minute mexico plan and those are not compatible with the TB as of right now. They said the TB is not playing nice with the foreign carriers as of yet.

Sounds like they may have given you the HTC Thunderbolt Data Only plan instead of the Voice Plan + Unlimited Data. When I went from Dinc to the TB, I was able to get voice immediately (within 2 minutes from the switch) and receive SMS. Outbound SMS took about an hour.

So they removed my 200mb Mexico data plan and reactivated my Dinc. We then reactivated my TB and all is well.
