No Waiting List?

thanks rigor x...you know i never thought of that....kind of a hassle...but not a big deal breaker.

A very awesome dude also put up some battery info and advise in the Evo 4G forum as a way to consolidate all the discussion people have had....apparently the Evo 4G sucks power art a pretty good clip. He said something similar...gotta know what to shut off and when to shut it off, etc. I am guessing if we all get Bolts...we will be having these discussions as well!

I have a rooted Droid Eris for the past 11 months, and I've played with many different ROMS, settings, etc. We left my wife's Eris stock. In our experiences, as long as you leave things off that you don't need always on, the battery life is quite good. I only enable 3G mobile data and GPS when I need them. The mobile data (3g) radio seemed to be the 2nd biggest power hog after the GPS. I have Wi-Fi at both home & work, and the Wi-Fi chip doesn't seem to suck down much power. I don't really use bluetooth at all, so I can't comment on it. The stock Android "Power Control" widget makes easy access to turning these things on/off.

Well according to a google search the T-bolt will be able to be pre-ordered starting Superbowl Sunday at Best Buy :(
