I am really looking forward to Google + and it ability to keep separate groups people. It looks like I can finally consolidate all my contacts to one app instead of having facebook for my friends and Linkedn for my professional contacts.

Directly from their website.

Already invited? We've temporarily exceeded our capacity. Please try again soon.
Folks are really interested.

^This. I like the concept of being able to separate people, and keep them separate.

Apparently, people who are already in Google+ do not have invites they can send out. Invites are currently only being given out directly by Google:confused

Mee wants although not worried it didn't take me long to get an invite for GMusic.

I have Google+ (beta testing) and it is really slick. I just got the invite yesterday afternoon and signed in last night and there is a ton of stuff you can do with it. There is a "Hang Out" live video capability, "Sparks" for subjects you are interested in that you want to follow, i.e., golf, etc., "Circles" which allows you to put friends, family, business etc. into groups that are only shared with those in that particular "circle" and are private. There is much more but I haven't had time to play with it much. Okay, for clarification don't ask me technical questions because I'm an "senior" citizen and have this because my son is involved in the design of Google+ and I try to be somewhat current on technology. The "Hang Out" feature with live video chat is going to be great for parents with kids at college and GRANDMOTHERS like me.
