no weather data available

my evo for the passed week or so constantly gives me "no weather data available" I usually have to refresh it twice and then it will load up and the widget will show me the sun and stuff but it will go away again in no time.

do i have to turn gps on or something?

nope i live in between trenton and princeton new jersey. it worked fine for the first 2 weeks now all of a sudden it can never load weather data

Related to this... I find the HTC weather/clock widget doesn't have many cities to choose from in Oregon. I have Salem (where I live) saved, but I would like to add Ashland or Jacksonville, Oregon -- both in the southern part of the state, but it says no city found!

My job takes me sixty miles south-east of Salem and the widget updates the weather for the location I'm at, yet I can't add them by pressing the '+' because it still wants me to type in a city! And these two small towns aren't listed, either (Lebanon and Sweet Home, Oregon).

I'd like to be able to swipe through a saved list of locations to see the weather.

My weather widget is doing the same thing. It has worked since day one, but the past day or so, it's been displaying "No weather data available". I also noticed the location it says below this message has not been updated to my current location. I've tried removing this widget and adding it back to the screen, but no luck.

Edit: I found out the reason this was happening. For some reason the Settings->Accounts & Sync->Auto-sync option was unchecked .

The weather widget is nice, but it is no substitute for a full-blown weather app like Weather Bug.

i have seen remarkable battery improvement since updating yesterday, however, my weather, which had been working, stopped yesterday after the update
