I've got a Samsung S10e AT&T unlocked phone running Android 11. I'm using it on Net10.
There is no option for turning on Wi-Fi calling in the settings that I can find.
Need help to figure this out. Am I just out of luck ?

Hi, welcome to AC!

Possible NET10 doesn't have this option, on my Unlocked Note 20u with Att sim I have the option so it might that you need the carrier sim card to get it activated

mustang7757 - Thanks for the reply. Yes, Net10 does have Wi-Fi calling.
In fact they sent me a new sim, but still no option on the phone.

Your welcome !

If you don't see WiFi calling here then NET10 doesn't have it
Settings>connection
Phone app>settings
Notification panel >toggle Screenshot_20210611-124457_Call%20settings.jpgScreenshot_20210611-124444_Nova7.jpgScreenshot_20210611-124401_Settings.jpg

one additional note... if you click on Wi-Fi Calling (not the toggle, the wording), it should take you in another level and allow you to select your preference on what the call should be going through (WiFi or Cell network depending on availability).
I have noticed that some carriers don't provide this option (or maybe it was model not carrier). Enabling airplane mode and turning on wifi will let you force the call through Wifi in such case
