I have a HTC HD2 dual booting Windows Mobile and Android 2.2 with Jmz boot thingy <- sorry for the tech terms....

When I boot into Android I have no WiFi, I have to go into settings and turn it on manually. Booting into WinMo it comes up with WiFi running and connected.

Anyone know why or how I can change this behavior? I'd like Android to be connected when it boots up if possible?

TIA!

I'm not sure how that would work because I don't have an HD2. As do most people here. But you might get better results asking that on an HD2 forum that has a section for dual booting Android. You will find a lot of great things about Android from this site though.

Thanks for the reply, I haven't had much luck with the HD2 forums.

Most, like me, are pretty pleased with Windows Mobile but it's the best of both worlds to have either OS available and all is working except for this one bug (so far!)

Thanks, I'm trying something that probably isn't related to the problem, I'll see what happens....

Didn't help, I'll go ask 'em at xda, thanks again.

Well, it's fixed. The fix was simple, the problem was a bug in the Android OS, I found an update, installed it and the phone now comes up in Android with WiFi still on.

Don't know why I never considered updating???
