No WiFi Roaming selections on Verizon

Not sure why but when I go to Settings/Advanced Calling/When Roaming there are no labels on the selection items.

Anyone else have this problem?

Are you using a theme? I've seen some odd menu behavior (including in the Android Central app) where menu selections are basically invisible. Try going back to the stock theme and check that menu to see.
