Nokia wireless chargers, the "Qi standard", and the Nexus 4

I recently bought the LG Nexus 4 to complement my Nokia Lumia 920 on AT&T. I own the Nokia wireless charging plate and charging stand. I tried to charge my Nexus 4 on the stand, got a charge indicator, but it never charged fully after hours of charging(though it did charge it some). Do I need to buy ANOTHER wireless charger for the Nexus 4? Anyone have this problem?

I heard a rumour that the qi standard for the Nokia charging plates are being retested after not being fully compatible. Maybe just rumours but i have read a few people reporting similar issues with the nokia pad.

What power output does Nokia's charger supply? It may not supply enough amps to actually charge the Nexus 4.

in the accessories section they've had a discussion on this that the nokia plates are not compatible... something about it certified to work with rev. 11 nexus 4? but at the time all the phones were only rev 10? dont know if the story has changed since then.
