noob in the house

hey all, im a noob at the unlocking and rooting stuff, so i thought it would be cool to root my verizon gnex in order to get jelly bean and now ive soft bricked my phone been trying to fix it for hours, could anyone help me

ive tried a plethora of tools including wugfresh

any help at all would be great
