Nook Color & CM7-Transfer Pics From Computer To Wallpaper?

I am Running CM7 7.01 RC1 on Nook Color off SD card. I am trying to load pictures for wallpaper. I connect the Nook to computer to transfer as storage device and no drivers. Not recognized and no drivers.
How can I get pictures transferred to Nook for wallpaper?

once you connect to the pc via USB there should be an option on your nc to turn on usb transfer. Check the status bar. once you do that you should get 1 or 2 removable drives show up on your pc.

One more question-the bar that has launchers that is either on the side or top when turned. I thought I read you can increase from3 to 5 launchers.
Can that be done and if so, how?
