I've never heard of this before, but somehow the volume buttons on a Nord N200 have fallen out of the device. How common is this among all devices? I imagine this could be a difficult fix.
Interestingly, the volume buttons opposite of the screen on/off button are the only buttons not mentioned in the tear-down video. XDWell, if it can fall off, get pushed in, or flip upside down, it will or has. I doubt this is common otherwise they would be paying warranty claims out the wazoo and no company is doing that. Well not for more than one model year. Hahaha. In my search I didn't find, really any other cases of this for this model but I did find several videos that talked about replacing the button flex cable. I found one result that kind of hinted that the flex cable was to blame for buttons falling off. Not sure how the flex cable would be responsible for the buttons falling off but... Based on the search alone I would say the odds of you having a bad button flex cable is far greater than the odds your buttons fall off. I added the video of the teardown to show how secure the buttons really are for your model, however on this channel he pulls the buttons off of several models and I haven't seen one yet where they came off easy if you wanted to look through his other videos to see how common it might be.
There is a OnePlus forum page but I don't find the N200. If you wanted to request a move there is a OnePlus Open forum.
