normal android user interface is blocked

i am having a deeksha ace tab (which is only for study purpose). it is lenove idea tab.
the normal user interface has been blocked by the the ignitor app(the study material).

is there a way i can get the normal android user interface and can use the ignitor app like an ordinary app??
*i know that there is sd card block. location: /sys/block/mmcblk1/device

What exactly do you mean by normal Android UI? Can you not get to the home screen?
