Normal or Is This an Issue with S Pen

Wonder if this is just how the thing is set up, or whether this is a bug of some sort: if I use the pen to copy and paste something, and then want to type text in an app (Web, FB, email, etc.) along with the pasted text previously copied, the phone won't let me toggle the keyboard and only displays the writing pad, even after putting the pen back into its holster. I've even tries closing off the app, it looks like the phone gets stuck in writing pad mode with no keyboard accessible after I've used the s pen. There usually is a key that toggles between writing pad and keyboard, but in those circumstances, it won't display the keyboard option, as if it didn't exist...

Only a restart allowed things to reset and permitted later keyboard use. Everything works fine for the time being. Toggle toggles, and I can use the keyboard normally with pen in or out...

Is this normal? A known bug? Is there a solution?

Your's must be broken, mine works fine. When selecting the text entry box I can long press the keyboard selection in the lower left area, I can long press and select between about 5 different input options.

Yeah same, it works fine here. You might want to get yours checked out.
