not able to download

[AC Question]

I am not able to download any attachments via gmail app. It shows starting to download bar but nothing happens further. The same happens when i try downloading in chrome and playstore. All other apps are working perfect. I tried deleting my account n re entering, clearing caches crearing data. Still nothing worked out

If you go to Settings/Accounts ; tap on three vertical dots top right....Is "Auto sync data " checked ?
