not able to log onto my Samsung account

[Android Central Question]

I bought a Korean sold note 9.. I live in china...When I log on to my Samsung account it says that I need verify with my phone.. but when I do it says invalid I’d..how can I log onto my Samsung account so that I can use Samsung pay, pass, Bixby etc,..
