I'm using Moto G 2nd Gen dual sim, last week or so i stared getting a problem. I am not able to switch between sim cards for using mobile data.
My both SIMs have data pack and when one SIM runs out of Data i switch to the other sim for mobile data.
Now it seems my phone only reads SIM2(Vodafone) as default data providing sim. and when I try to change the preferred sim to other sim, the "data subscription changing" message comes but it does not switch to SIM1(Airtel). Even the data of SIM2(Vodafone) is showing as ON but it also not working. As soon as I switch the data ON, an exclamation mark(!) comes on top of both the SIMs.
Even if i interchange the sim slots, it tracks the SIM2 in slot 1 and again locks it as data providing sim.I tried restarting it several time, rebooted in safe mode, even cleared the cahce data, but nothing seems to help.
Also , My SIM1(Airtel) seems to be trapped in 2G network, its preferred network type option is disabled and stuck in 2G, generally when I clicked preferred network type option a pop up with options 3G and 2G appeared which is not happening now.
I checked my 3G and the pack is active.
can you please help me here ASAP as i am not able to use data from any of my SIMs.
