Very misleading article. He should say if you order today some models will not ship by the 8th but 15th or later...duh. If you ordered the S10+ 128GB when first preorder available and given the 8th, you will get by 8th.

Yes it is misleading. I wonder if stores like Best Buy will have issues getting the phones because Samsung wants to take care of those who pre-ordered directly through them first. It seems like they didn't expect this volume of orders.

Ordered the S10+ 1TB in ceramic black from Verizon and it states deliver by 3/12

By the time I got my order in the date on this model slipped from 3/08 - 3/12

This happens almost every launch. I would start worrying yet. If you're not getting tracking numbers by Tuesday next week then start to worry. I would imagine carriers and best buy already have a set amount of phones set aside for them so Samsung can't just say scew your customers ours are more important.

In my experience with Best Buy and having a friend who worked in the department for years, it mostly depends on the store itself if they end up getting them. I pre-ordered before and my store received it a few days after when all surrounding stores received it on the launch day. Fingers crossed.

I did the bogo. My 10 plus says 3/8 while the 128 prism blue says “processing”. I’m assuming the 10 will be delayed. I leave town the 15th so hoping it’s before then

You would be very wrong here. Samsung's track record is not very good, just go read the last few releases. Get comfortable and be ready for late deliveries. Samsung has traditionally taken care of the carriers in the past.

I ordered thru Samsung this time just for the discount and didn't need to do device payments to get promo. My order says ship by the 15th, so if I have the phone by tax day in April, I'm good.
