not charging 100%

i got the nexsus s 4g almost a month ago, and the only concern i have is that the phone doesnt charge the batterey 100%, it charges to 97% stops and says "charged".
i also called sprint and they called samsung and they told sprint that it was a "feature" , also read on other fourms thats a bug and not a feature.

is anyone else having the issue?

This is normal, don't sweat it. It has been extensively discussed on other threads so you may want to search and read if you want to learn more.

They do this to extend to overall lifetime of your battery. As far as I know, almost all smart phones do this but Samsung or Google decided to tell you that the battery is really at 97% capacity rather then telling you its at 100%.
