Not Connecting to internet

This will make my second tab in 15 days. The first was a screen issue. This one straight out of the box will not connect to internet. Keeps saying poor connection. Called internet provider no problems there. Called Samsung and got run around. Did anybody else have these issues. First tab connected fine this one nothing. Any help would be great. Thanks :(
 
Check that the WiFi connection settings is setup for "infrastructure" Read on one of the forums that Tab 10.1 will not connect to "Ad-Hoc" WiFi
