Not even a week and BOOM!

I had mine just a day and 4 foot drop on blacktop on the screen and no damage. I have a better case using the otterbox symmetry case very protective but thin case.

So sorry for you man, that sucks!

I recommend the Spigen Liquid Air Armor. It's almost as thin as the thin fit. I dropped my phone onto a moving treadmill, and didn't even suffer a single scratch. Well, the case was scratched. :)

Ugh... Dropped the phone from my lawn chair onto the concrete driveway. Not even 12inches... Had a Spigen thin fit case on it and it hit at the right spot.
Send it in to Samsung. $300 max and you are back up like new. Hurts but life must move on... Happened to me on Note 9. Screen was way worse just a month after I got it, cost me $280 and Samsung returned my phone LIKE NEW.

Ouch. I remember when I shattered my note9 screen on concrete. I thought I was going to faint lol. Verizon's insurance replaced it and sent me another one the next day.

Dang =/ I just got my phone delivered today and I have various cases from thin to rugged. This phone is freaking huge and it is awkward to hold. I may just stick to rugged cases for this.

ouch! I don't use a case at all since I got my note 8a couple years ago, and so far I haven't had any bad drops. hopefully my luck doesnt run out.

Shouldn't have said anything lol:). Now knock on wood quick.

Otterbox Defender or Supcase UB Pro. I left OB for a while and then gave them a try years later with the N9. Really liked it and it was the first purchase with the N10 along with the Supcase

I've literally had nightmares about this happening. Sorry for your loss.
