Working with a relatively new S4 and have a strange problem. I am not receiving any Missed Call / Voicemail notifications now. I am updated to 4.3. I am also running GO Launcher and GO SMS. Has anyone else had such an occurrence and found a solution? It's a pain to check the voicemail and find that there are a dozen or so unanswered messages.

Do you have Notifications enabled in your settings? Settings -->Sound --> there are Ringtones, Vibrations and Default notification sound from which you can choose your own ringtone. Ringtone *may* be set on Silent, I've had that happen. My --> may not be the same as yours, I have a Note 2 but had an S3 and as I recall it was pretty much the same.
