Not Letting Me Add Email Accounts

Just got my Rezound yesterday and it wouldn't let me add any of my email accounts (aol, yahoo...)
Instead I got a Warning/Error pop up. I included a screenshot. I called Verizon but they don't know what it means and just said it's probably a software issue :-/

Help me... Any one else have this issue? Did I get a bad phone?

For the record, the error message reads this:

503 80201: Getting Toke failed

Try logging into your vzw account and enable backup assistant . Had the same error while adding gmail account and after enabling free backup assistant crap it let me add the account.

I was getting the same message so I just logged in through the actual mail application under "other". Works fine

@Javier yeah that's what I ended up doin too but that is more likely reserved for email accounts that are not listed in the menu. There's no reason why it shouldn't work the regular way. This is a bug. After I Googled it, looks like The Droid Incredible had the same issue. I'm getting tired of all these buggy ass phones

It looks like it's already enabled...

on the VZW website, select "Change Features" then make sure "Backup Assistant Plus - FREE Subscription" is enabled

I kept getting 80201 Token Error on my new Verizon when trying to set up my Gmail account. This is the old "if it sounds too good" but here is what my son showed me and it worked great! All he did was go in to the Apps and change the Gmail Icon that was loaded on my new phone to my normal Gmail icon as seen on my computer and that's it! Once he changed the icon I double clicked it and it went straight in to my Inbox. Hope it works for all those frustrated with how to do it, I would have never thought changing the icon would do it but it did, it honestly did.
