Not Receiving Media Pictures

Please help. I have a pre-paid Moto G phone through Verizon. I am not receiving any media messages. I mostly use my phone at home and is set with my wifi. I have the mobile data turned on, but I am restricting background data.

Can you send a pix?? MMS requires data to be turned on.. I would assume as you bought the phone from Verizon that the APMs would be set..

That happen to me. Download Wasap. It's an option. After this I received all media's. How? I can't explain it...
