I bought the phone a couple of weeks ago. Some of my apps can send notifications. Some did at first, but no longer do. Some never have from the beginning. For the ones that don't work, I've tried installing/re-installing, turning the notification settings on and off, turning the power saving mode off, turning the power saving mode on and making sure the offending apps are not put to sleep, turning the apps off from the battery optimization panel - basically some suggestions from the internet - and nothing has solved the issue. Samsung Help has been less than helpful.
