Not Receiving PUSH notifications/badge count on s9+

I've had the s9+ for two days. For some reason, I'm not receiving push notifications for Facebook, and it's not showing a badge number either. I've contacted support three times and they can't help me. I've cleared the cache and data on the app, turned on notifications in the app settings and in the app itself. I've factory reset the phone. I've tried everything and it's not working. It actually showed two push notifications a minute ago, but it's not working again. Is this a phone issue with the s9+ or an app issue? Everyone else with other phones that I've asked aren't having this issue. There's no option to uninstall the app anymore, so idk what to do. Anyone else having this problem?

My gmail number count on my emails is off. I have 5 , it'll say I have 10. Nothing fixes it

I'm experiencing the same issue with my Facebook app. It works here and there. I know that not all app icons will show a badge count because it's a limitation of the Samsung launcher but I don't have any issues with my FB badge count on my Note 8.
