Not receiving texts?

I've had this phone for a while and recently I have not been able to receive texts. Usually I would just have to turn it in and off and I would get all the texts I hadn't been receiving. But as many times as I do or anything I try I haven't received any and I'm getting very frustrated. Please help!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and which wireless provider? Are you having any other signal issues? Poor call reception, or spotty mobile data? I would discuss this with your wireless provider, and see if they might provide you with a replacement SIM card.
