I bought a unlocked used galaxy note 2 off of kijiji. Wifi and such works but I can not receive or make texts/ phone calls.
After talking to the "experts" at the mall, and getting 10 different opinions, the main thing I have learnt is that this phone was originally a UK phone (GT N7100 I believe is the model).
How do I get this phone working with my Rogers SIM card in Canada? I tried a swap from my iPhone that has the same Type of SIM card and is working fine, but when I put it in the galaxy note and try to make a phone call or text, it says "not registered on network".
What else can I try, and what else could be wrong with it?
