Question BIG PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG A40 A405FN

Hello everybody.
My mobile detects SIM card and network operator but when I try to make a call does not ring towards the outside
I have tried everything that was in the Web for 3 days, including flashing new Android 11. Mike and speaker work.
Any chance that someone can fix this?

I run the Samsung Members app and I get that I have an IN CALL speaker issue, probably faulty. I don't know about in call speaker, when I run a test for the only speaker I know it is OK. Please also read above messages

It sounds like you'll need to take your device to a repair shop. It's a hardware issue, not a software issue, so there is nothing more we can do here on this forum.

The Samsung Members tests tell me that SIM is OK and Mobile network is OK. The 2 mikes are ok and the Media speaker is OK but the Incall (which I dont know which one it is) does not work. Pls read above messages. However, the ringtones speaker works OK

However, after all the above tests, I keep getting "Not registered on network" when I try to make a call but even if I register the network I still cannot make an outgoing call.
With some contacts I get an outgoing ringtone when I call via Telegram.

I have read your above messages, but it's still not clear to me if the firmware that you said you flashed is the appropriate one for that specific phone model. There can be different variants of a phone, and if you flash the firmware for a different variant than the one you have, that can cause issues.
