Not ringing on incoming calls?

I just experienced this over the last couple days. A power cycle fixed it for me.

I found that if you clicked the volume button a box appears that says, none / priority / all . I found mine was on PRIORITY.
I switched it to ALL . it now works great.

A power cycling is when you turn a device off and on.
