Not sure I can keep my S8+ :(

After you squeeze all the water out you can also use a hair dryer on it to help it cure a little faster. Just put it on low heat and go over the whole screen. Then let it sit overnight

Did ArmorSuit send you the "newer" model? I ordered it and got it before the phone arrived then a week later they sent me a new shield saying it has been updated and to toss the original one they sent me.

Not sure. Will have to check. Thanks for the heads up.

While this may be a little bit of a wait, I placed an order for this on Amazon in case I can't find a similar solution to the same predicament as yours (though I'll be damned if I choose to return this and go back to my iPhone 7 Plus).

Case with integrated screen protector.

Generally the cases with integrated protectors affect the touch sensitivity of curved screens. Because it's attached to the case, not the phone, you get a slight gap especially on the edges.

Tried one the other day. Slid right off the second I snapped on my case, which couldn't be much thinner. I think the case + screen protector equation is much more problematic on the S8 and S8+.

You need to allow at least 12 hours before using the phone to let the protector to dry and at least 48 hours to cure before putting on a case.

This might sound crazy, but I'm obsessing about this screen and keeping it protected. My inability to find a suitable screen protector might force my hand into returning it. (And I cannot stand those wallet-type cases that force one to use two hands.) It's the first smartphone I've had go this long without a screen protector. The sand and gravel are taunting me, just waiting for me to drop my guard and scratch up this beauty. My name is sangs - and I have a problem. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope.

I have the Zach glass installed and it works great.

This was my concern with my S6 Edge+. I purchased many screen protectors, which did not work. I had a thin case and no screen protector for 99% of its usage. 18 months later and it's still scratch free. I wouldn't worry.

Got my Zagg wet application one on there....Best Buy installed it...It's perfect

Does it feel like glass?

I feel your pain. The same happened to me with the Note 7 I tried Armorsuit, IQ Shield, Skinomi etc. Oddly enough, one I never heard of (Klear Kare) lasted the longest. Unfortunately that was only about 3 weeks. Good to know there are a lot of people with different experience tying to help you out. Hope Obi Wan gets your message and pulls through for you :)

Using a case with that one? If so what case?
I have three I tried with it, Spigen Thin Fit, Spigen Liquid Crystal and the one I have on it right now which is the Incipio NGP Advanced.

This one is perfect as far as films go, I let it cure for about 24h with the thin fit and I can say clarity is fantastic.

hmmm, wonder if it will work with the spigen neo hybrid. Only one way to find out I guess. Off to Best Buy I go.

i was lucky and caught the Spigen sale .. got two cases for $10. I need two for the pool hall. I keep one for normal use and one for the pool hall since they smoke in there .. and yeah .. it stains D:

It will with it a doubt but make sure you wait 24-48h for it to cure . Do not put it in and immediately out the case in while it's wet hah
