Not worth getting into..on my 3rd DROID 2 less 6 months Veriz didn't care wish I had my Samsung back

I hate my droid turbo 2!!! Putting it up for sale!!!! Straight talk here i come!! What happened to Verizon's customer service and making them happy????? I'm done with Verizon soon as I pay my bill off...I have been a customer when it was alltel! There is a problem when your on your 3 Rd DROID and I'm paying for s new one. But I'm sent someone else's broken junk DROID turbo that has been refurbished..... WTF? EVEN MY WARRANY PHONE I WAS SENT a used broken phone that had been fixed. Some one else's junk DROID!!! Thank you MOTOROLA ,& VERIZON!

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, receiving refurbished devices is standard practice regardless of carrier and brand. If you went to a Samsung on another carrier, then the replacement would be a refurbished too
