note 10.1 2014 having problems with audio

hi, i just got my note 10.1 about a week ago, ive been having problems with the audio. volume is to weak, both with the speakers and when using headphones. i can fix this by restarting the device, after restarting its loud and audio is great but after a while the problem shows up again, i have to restart the device again.

anybody else having the same issue? is there a fix? hopefully by software update, or do i have to send it in for repairs.

Not having issues with mine... and I use it every morning in the shower hehe so I know the sound is decent.

what is a while ? few min, few hrs, few days do you have power saving on ?

sometimes it happens after a few hours, sometimes it lasts until the next day. power saving is off.

it's possible that a app is causing this when the sounds goes run task manager see whats running, you could also try a factory reset but make sure you backup your stuff first

A cache wipe in recovery might be just what the doctor ordered.
