Note 10.1: Not Charging

Looks like my unit is no longer charging. When I plug in the 30 pin I get a pop-up stating "Battery Critically Low - Disable all apps to conserve battery." I get the "Lightning Bolt" icon over the battery icong stating that it is charging, or powered, but it will not charge the battery.

My 30 pin cable is a bit worn at the connection. Maybe this is the issue? But it does stay powered when plugged in. Not sure if it is a battery, or just the cable.

Any suggestions?

Its the same with mine can't seem to find a solution.

I found a thread here that said to hold both the POWER & LEFT VOLUME buttons at the same time. I did that and it seemed to reset. Seems to be fine now. Very odd.

OK, so I seem to be able to charge now, but it will only charge to about 35-40% and that is as far as it gets. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you using the OEM charger and cable?

Yes. Might need to order a new one.
