Note 10.1 tablet not enough storage - Urgent fix please

Hello,
Just want to see if someone can help me. From one day to another my tablet note 10.1 is giving me the message that I don't have enough storage.
I have deleted files and apps that have been there for ages but I still get the message. Can someone tell me why this could happen. Also out of the sudden when I haven't added anything new.
Thanks and hope you can help me soon.
This problem is not letting me use any app properly.

I would try the following:
1) If you do not have a micro sd card installed buy one and install it.
2) Look for an app on Google Play that will allow you to move some apps to the micro sd card. Keep in mind you can not move all the apps in main memory but you should be able to move some of them. The moved apps normally work fine from a microsd card. This should help you free up storage memory.

Look for an app called Disk Usage. This will scan your storage and tell you what's being used by what apps. If you listen to music on Google Play Music, check the settings to see if maybe it's caching locally which uses storage.
